By accessing or using VetEvolved ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VetEvolved is a free AI-powered tool that helps military veterans and transitioning service members translate their military experience into civilian-ready career materials, including resumes, civilian role matches, and LinkedIn profiles. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process uploaded military evaluation documents and generate career translation materials.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate information when creating your account and profile.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents that you do not have the right to use.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload malicious files or content.
• Circumvent usage limits through any automated means.
• Represent AI-generated content as your own original writing in contexts where that would constitute fraud.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The career translation materials generated by VetEvolved are produced using artificial intelligence and are provided as a starting point for your career transition materials. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations of your military experience.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated materials before using them.
• Generated salary estimates and role matches are approximations and should not be relied upon as guarantees.
• We do not guarantee that using our generated materials will result in employment.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any documents you upload. The career translation materials generated by the Service are yours to use freely. VetEvolved retains ownership of the Service, its design, code, AI pipeline, and underlying technology.

7. Usage Limits

The free tier includes a limited number of AI translation runs. Additional runs may be earned through feedback participation. We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

VetEvolved is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of employment opportunities, inaccurate translations, or data loss.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
